TinyDesk is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect personal information directly from children under 13. All child-related data is provided by authorized childcare staff and parents, and is used solely for childcare management purposes.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. All data is stored in SOC 2 compliant data centers within the United States.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the TinyDesk platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

The TinyDesk platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of TinyDesk Inc.. Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the content you upload or generate through the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, USA.
